A little bit about owner and operator, Chris Gardiner, and the work he likes to create.

My name is Chris Gardiner and I have been passionate about many different art forms, but none have lasted, or saw me progress as much as Photography has. I love to shoot anything under the sun, or any other light source for that matter! And i'll make it look good while I'm at it.
I have been lucky enough to have been in proximity to many traditional art forms as well as the latest modern technology, and have been interested in both since a very young age. My visual art background originally stems from pencil, charcoal, and later painting and pastels. With an equal passion for modern technology, it was only a matter of time until I would find Photography to be my perfect mix.
I was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area of Southern Ontario. I made my first trip to the west in 2003 and within a year I would be living there. In the beauty of Banff National Park I would develop and later hone my photography skills. After my five years of enjoying Banff, I returned to Ontario briefly and then westward again, this time to Kelowna in April 2010, where I have made my home to this day, and will continue to do so for the forseeable future. I love the Okanagan.
About Chris' Work;
My photography has undergone relentless evolution, and anyone who may have followed my social networking posts for the last few years will have clearly seen the difference from day one to present day. Like everything I have developed skills in, it comes from extensive experimentation, my own motivation, a few great reads, and some patience.
When people ask me my speciality, I find it so hard to answer, because aspiring to be a commercial photographer, you need to be able to take any object, mundane or amazing, and make it into the photo your client needs. That's what I do, shoot anything under the sun, or any other lightsource - and I'll make the image tell or sell.
