PRINTING

I have numerous printing options available, including prints on demand, for my work as decor in the home or office and my own "In House" printing. Please seek more detailed information in the Printing specific page. Find my zazzle storefront or stay tuned to my facebook page for info when promotional discounts are available, and when new images have arrived for printing on demand.

Almost all of my displayed work is available as prints or posters, except for those images with recognizable people for which I have no model releases.

PROOFING

Digital image proofing is not a stand-alone service. Digital proofing is included with selected packages. With high quality digital image proofing, you have a distinct opportunity to see all the photos from your photoshoot before chosing your favorites for print.

FILE TRANSFER with

The photo-shoot is all done, you have proofed your images, and now you need the high resolution copies that are included in your package. Although people love to request files be transfered by email, oftentimes, high resolution photos are too large to email, and CDs can be wasteful for only 5-10 images. Files can be delivered via private and secure chanels over the internet direct to your computer. This option comes standard with all packages requiring less than 150mb in digital files. For large projects, files will always be delivered via expedited post, free of shipping charges, to any location in Canada.

WEDDINGS

More specialized information regarding weddings in the Wedding Section. But Yes! I shoot weddings. I enjoy the challenges involved in event coverage photography. One thing is certain - every wedding day is different, but you can rely on a few constants:

• My photos will be of a photojournalistic style, telling a story of the day's progression.
• Print Credits are included with all options and can be used for digital files or hardcopy prints interchangeably.
• I will always be well organized and ready to go. Equipped with shootlists, timelines, and any special request reminders.
• Coverage rates start at $850 for basic to $3000 based on the complexities of the day and the coverage required

WORKSHOPS

Since a young age, I enjoyed teaching and sharing what I know with others. With 2011 comes a new service offering - Three hour sessions of one-on-one, or small group time with me. Our only focus being to help you grasp the photography related topics you are interested in. See the Workshops Section for more. All sessions will include: recommended reading materials, quizes, exercises and take-home assignments, usage of my gear (depending on class) and other learning materials.

• Exposure and Compositional Basics : if you've only even shot on (AUTO) we will probably start here.
• Flash Lighting and Balancing : Specific to portraiture, and/or studio work.
• Hardware Manipulation : Getting the most from your camera
• Workflow and Processing : Getting the most from the time you spend sitting infront of a screen
• Landscape and Nature Skill Building : Nature and wildlife specific shooting techniques
• Sport and Action Skill Building : Techniques to capture motion

STOCK IMAGES

Sitting at 5 years owning Professional DSLRs, I am already breaking +100,000 archived photos, currently with somewhere near 20,000 images suitable for stock use. When I am contracted for design work, my entire library of photos is instantly at the design's disposal, with no additional charges or headaches incurred by downloading from agencies.

EVENT COVERAGE

Special Events are one-time occurences. No second-chances to shoot the images that don't turn out. Don't leave this to chance with just anyone - comission me for your special event now. Event coverage comes at a better deal than ever! Like everything else, it follows my regular pricing guideline for hourly rates and the finished product desired with a one time only $125 flat rate event fee.

FAMILIES AND PERSONAL SHOOTS

I am not your regular department store photo studio! I can pack up and shoot anywhere you like, including the comfort of your own home. I will always pay special attention to you and your family during our shoot, since I firmly believe that as comfortable as the models are, it will always show through in the final photo.
Thanks to my expert photography and editing practices, you will get a better value from our shoot than any other. Especially since you only have to pay for the options you want.

MODEL SHOOTING

• For models requesting Trade Shoots, please see the paperwork section for my "TF-FAQ" and the appropriate forms required for shooting.
  
• Occasionally I may require paid models for commercial shoots. For eligibility, send me some photos and brief bio. It will remain on file and you will be contacted next time I need a model if you suit the shoot.

EXPERT RETOUCHING AND RESTORATION

Just because your other photographer gave you un-edited files, doesn't mean you can't get them professionally retouched.*
Expert retouching and vintage photo restoration are both available at a price per photo based on the magitude of editing required. Inquire about special rates for bulk orders. More details will be available in the Web and Graphic Design portion of www.cgardiner.ca
