Using Google Earth for Fly Ins

Becoming more and more popular - that next level of visualization and information on any property

Google Fly-In highlights a property location

Google Fly-Ins vs Mapping Technology

Google Fly Ins are slightly different from our mapping technology. We use Google Earth for these exclusively, and they can be very easily animated, so they make the perfect addtion to video tours.

NOTICE: 2023

While I have been creating these animations since 2016, with the widespread adoption of drone photography and other technologies - along with the improved aesthetic, the google fly ins are not recommended for most marketing packages, and are experiencing demand much lower than previous years. If you still require this service for reasons of budget or other constraints, please read on as we're more than happy to continue providing when needed!

Where can I show the Fly-In?

Google Fly In's will integrate into websites, videos, and your social media quite well.

Are they Popular?

Yes, these Google Fly Ins are becoming more and more popular in the Southern Georgian Bay area amongst realtors who use video and virtual tour website marketing. Save your viewer a visit to Google and highlight the location and it's nearby amenities and selling features

What do you include?

We can include a large amount of information in these tours, and because they're quite easy to animate, it allows us to keep the cost down, while being highly effective technique. We include views of the property, including an estimated property boundary outline when suitable, we include nearby ammenities such as Golf Courses, Ski Resorts, Schools, Rec Centers, or anything that would help sell your property to it's ideal buyer.

What Else Can you do with Google Maps

We can use Google to generate customized maps for you and your client that can be embedded onto any website. In these custom google maps, you can include images, information, multiple layers and more. Ask us for help in implementing this unique technology.
