There are many ways to showcase a property online, and I am proud to be a provider on the iGuide platform - a Canadian tech startup located right here in Southern Ontario. The iGuide camera and tour system provides immersive tours that allow a viewer to move through the house looking at 360 degree views while seeing their location on an interactive floor plan providing numerous details to agents and prospective buyers alike - including square footage and room sizes and individual measurements.

Choosing iGuide
After having personally measured and drafted hundreds of thousands of square footage in interior property, iGuide is currently the only platform I trust for accuracy of measurement outside of my own personal process. It is a convenient choice for a variety of situations but not every situation. iGuide turnaround is typically next business day, with plans often drafted overnight - a trick I haven't learned myself, yet. It is a single platform which provides; 360 tours, a web gallery, feature sheet creator, and accurate floor plan reporting into a single package. This makes it perfect for the ultra-fast turnaround requirements of real estate marketing. Embedding Your 360° and Virtual Tours
iGuide tours are recognized by the realtor.ca website system and provide the largest screen size display option for multimedia attachments on your listing - comparable to using video tours. Your iguide tour can be embedded on any other website and the pdf floor plans can be printed out and added to print marketing packages as any document can.
How Long Does it Take to Capture?
iGuide capture time depends on the property however we can typically capture an average size property in forty minutes to one hour on-site.
How Many iGuide Tours Have you Captured?
As of November 2023, I have captured over 500+ properties with the iGuide camera platform for purposes including marketing, insurance, Google Street View, floor plans, and more! It has proven itself in many regards, in my books.
Displaying
iGuide pairs well with Realtor.ca and can, at the time of writing this, take on the largest screen space available to multimedia assets. It can also be embedded on websites, and be used as the central hub for all online media assets to do with the marketing of any property with feature sheet creators, links for videos, custom branding, analytics, and more.
