About Twilight Photography

Twilight photography is that extra touch that helps your listing jump right off the page at a viewer. Shooting the property in the evening allows the interior to have a warm and inviting glow, while showcasing a colorful sky above, and highlighting the landscape around the property.

Why Twilight Photography?

Because they simply look awesome and bring that extra wow factor to an already top of the line marketing approach. Twilights utilize careful control of lighting and contrast on the property using a proprietary technique, while capitalizing on the best light in the day - what photographer's call 'the golden hour', for vibrantly colored skies in the background.

How do you Shoot "Twilights"?

Twilight photos can happen one of two ways. We can use existing, daytime exteriors and do some modifications to the lighting that simulates an evening view. A portion of the twilight photos you'll see are actually daytime photos converted to look like they're shot near dusk. The other way, is of course to shoot them at the twilight hour. Only one house can be captured by twilights per day. Twilight photos take a little longer to capture than regular exteriors, and partly due to the short window of 'good light' there are a limited number of compositions that we can create per session. Don't be fooled though - each and every twilight photo is sure to impress your sellers, and your next potential clients with the lengths you'll appear to go through in order to highlight the beauty of a home.
