Real estate shoots are for a property that needs to sell one time, to one buyer. Photos for your hotel or bed and breakfast need to help sell your property, to many different people, for a long time. We take a variety of steps to adjust our shooting style specifically for short term accomodations, whether they're a whole hotel or a single room of a household available for rent.
How Do You Photograph my Airbnb Listing?
We arrange a time when your property schedule is vacant. You can let me in like a guest with access code if you cannot make it and that is regularly how you host your visitors. I will photograph the interior and exterior spaces with any specific instructions and then prompty edit and deliver in a resolution that is perfect for meeting all of the online listing resources' needs while highlighting your property beautifully that makes people want to stay the night!
Do you provide other services for Short Term Rentals?
Yes, I do. The Town of Blue Mountains currently has a short term rental licensing procedure, and surely more local municipalities will follow suit. If you are applying for a license and require parking management plans or floor plans for fire safety inspections - I am happy to help you along the process.
How Do You Complete Parking Management Plans?
I accurately measure and photograph the entirety of your property exterior. Those measurements and images are later used to annotate a scaled schematic style site plan of your property and the areas that pertain to parking management. We make all measurements and annotations required including estimated property boundaries, paved or graveled parking areas, walkways, edge of roads, size of parking spaces, etc. You are then provided with a ready to print PDF of the site plan as a finished product, ready to include in your overall application for Short Term Rental Licensing in the Blue Mountains, and local municipalities.
How Do You Make Fire Safety Plans?
Much the same way as I provide accurate floor plans for real estate, except our needs, and our viewers needs are significantly different. Many of the same approaches apply as you can find in 2D Floor Plans information and FAQs page. With our accurate floor plan we annotate all pertinent fire safety equipment and provide you with a ready to print PDF as a final deliverable. These plans are then hung up on the walls of rentals, and used in your application for Short Term Rental Licensing with inspection by the Town of Blue Mountains Fire Marshall.
Photography and other services for short term rentals are quoted on a case by case basis due to the huge variance in requirements between different projects.
