PHOTOGRAPHY
Standard Interior and Exterior Real Estate Photoshoot : $140 / each
This package includes everything to get brilliant photos of your property into your hands and in front of your prospective clients. Includes all necessary time to shoot by the photographer, and all the time to edit, and the delivery of the finished high resolution files. Coverage will match the property, no selling points will be missed. "Condo" Photoshoot : $99 / each
This package is similar to the regular photoshoot, but it is designed to be more affordable and priced to suit smaller properties when you still want to have beautiful photos to showcase it with. The "Condo" Shoot covers spaces up to two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space, kitchen, plus exterior views. Publication and Marketing
Custom rates may apply to some shoots intended for publication, long term marketing use, large format reproduction, competitive uses, insurance purposes, and more. I can always provide you with an accurate quote before we start any session.
"Droneless" Aerials or Mast Photography : $70
This is the perfect alternative to hiring a drone, we capture aerial looking views, without the use of a drone. We have a type of camera pole that allows us to get our camera nearly 30 feet into the air and trigger it by remote control in order to get views which really set your photos apart from the competition. Photo Slideshow Video : $50 / each
This is a video based end delivery, but is a photo add-on. Do you like the look of those photo slideshows set to music? Thanks to immense interest in this service, I will now build a photo slideshow, set it to music, and display it as a YouTube Accessed video (also delivered by a URL link, or a video file for your own YouTube channel!). Photo slideshows come complete with branding, music, and any captions you'd like me to use. I can build slideshows from photos you already have, but it is best paired with the 'regular photoshoot' option that I offer.
Professional Portraits : $150 / session and one individual + $60 each additional person
A professional looking portrait goes a long way when it comes to your own personal brand. The same reliable quality I am known to deliver with property photography - I also deliver when it comes to photographing people. There is a one time session fee for the portrait set up and the first individual, and then each additional person has a $45 sitting fee. For each person, I will deliver 5 of the best portraits in a high resolution, for your unlimited useage. Learn More
360 Panorama Photos : 5 for $50
Transport your prospective homebuyers into each room in the house and grant them the power to "look around" wherever they want through the power of user-interactive virtual panoramas to compliment your listing. Multiple panoramas can be linked for the same property allowing your web traffic to 'walk through' and 'look around' the house at their own pace similar to the operation of Google Street View, Matterport or iGuide style of systems. $40 package is perfect to complement a social media post for the property. Blue Sky Swaps or Twilight Edits: $5 / each
We can't have perfect weather all the time, and waiting for great weather could mean the difference between finding the perfect buyer or not. Using photo manipulation technology, we can take any ordinary, dreary day and brighten it up with a beautiful cloudy sky in a way that is believable, and engaging. A blue sky primary cover photo is included for FREE with any shoot that we do in the rain - as a form of 'thank you for not cancelling or postponing your shoot due to weather. Learn More
Twilight Photo Session : $200 / each
For authentic twilights, a dedicated visit at the perfect hour of the evening is required. For a realtor who has never hired a true twilight session, an extra fee could seem like a wasted expense when coupled with the cost of daytime photos, but to the seasoned veterans, they know that excellent twilight photography is worth it's weight in gold, for the extra attention your listing will receive. The average twilight session returns with a limited number of photos, but each and every one is absolutely stunning. We also have 'simulated' twilight photography at a much more affordable option. Drone/Aerial Stills : $180
Now offering aerial media through safe and legal aerial drone operations with a trained pilot. Get a variety of 20 high resolution still images captured from an aerial drone platform that showcase the property from a truly unique perspective. Virtual Staging : $35 / per photo
Can't fill the vacant property with furniture in time? The virtual staging option allows an empty home to be photographed with realistic furniture essentially photoshopped into it for a comfortable, lived in look. Make sure to send us an email to learn more!

This package includes everything required to produce a beautiful and flowing motion video walkthrough tour of your property. Including the videographer's time to capture the raw footage of the interior and exterior of the house, and all the time needed to edit a flowing video, and delivering it to you online, ready to watch and share. Cinematic Feature Edit : $280 / each
We take a slightly more unique approach to the filming and editing of your property for a tour that has a look and feel more like a high-end property commercial than it does a standard walkthrough tour of a house. We put all the focus on the absolute best parts of the house, and show them in exciting and creative ways for a video thats concise and easy to watch. Learn More
Narrate or Go On Camera : $60
Adding your presence to the camera is a personal touch that sets your video marketing apart from the others in this competitive real estate industry. Get prospects as enthused as you are for this property with your on-screen persona, introducing, closing, or narrating the tour or video slideshow.
4K Version of any of the above: add $150
Same as any of the above options, only it comes to you in 4K for even more definition for displays and delivery methods that will support it. The filming is the same, the extra cost is to support the massive amount of more space, and processing power needed to work on 4x the resolution of the currently, more standard 1080p resolutions.
Social Media Highlight Edit : $80 / each
This is an available add-on to any video package. While a prospective buyer would watch a whole 3-6 minute tour of a house, your social media traffic just won't sit through it. We will build you a 20 to 40 second highlight edit specifically for your social media marketing platforms where audience retention is normally much lower than other view types. Learn More

We are capable of providing google fly in videos that highlight the location of your property and it's relation to some of it's more well known landmarks. Like everything else, we work hard to ensure our Google Fly In videos look and feel more polished than what everyone else is displaying. Professional Branding Package: $500
Set your brand up for success with a professional branding package. Includes a portrait session, business card layout and first printed batch, feature sheet template design for common software, logo graphic design and video branded introduction with 3D logo animation.
3D Logo Reveal Animations
Set your video branding apart with a custom built 3D logo reveal animation to introduce and close your video tours, and any other video materials you produce on behalf of your brand. Priced based on complexity of the animation and 3D modeling required.
Virtual Staging : $35 per photo
Vacant properties can be a challenge to market online. Even if your buyer won't see furniture at an in-person showing, having furniture to give scale to the place in photos will serve as great reference, and aid in your prospective buyers imagining themselves in the space.

Looking for a virtual tour website? We make them, and in a variety of styles. Virtual Tour websites include the hosting, and come with a unique property address URL. Virtual tour websites allow seller's to get analytics for the visits and potential interest their listing is generating through website visitor tracking.
